Warranty Coverage:
Manufacturing Defects: Issues such as broken clasps, loose and missing stones, faulty closures and jammed mechanism
Craftsmanship Flaws: Any defects arising from workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Plating Service: Complimentary re-plating to restore the original shine of your jewellery during the warranty period in case of tarnishing.

Exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, chlorine, or harsh environments (e.g., saltwater, humidity).
Wear and Tear:
Tarnishing, scratches, or fading due to aging of the product after the warranty period. Minor discoloration or oxidation, which are natural characteristics of sterling silver.
In such cases you can avail the plating services offered by the Avayasilvers.
We offer plating services Even after the warranty period where customers have to bear the cost of delivery and we will replat it for you just as new. But if it's in warranty customer doesn't have to bear the delivery charges.
Loss or Mishandling:
1) Loss of stones due to excessive force, mishandling, or improper storage.
2) Damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications, or resizing.
Other Exclusions:
1) Any damage or defect that occurs after the warranty period has expired.
2) Loss or theft of the jewelry or product.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
2. Attach photos of the product highlighting the defect to expedite the review process.
3. Once approved, you may send or ask for pickup of the product to us for repair, re-plating, or replacement.
4. In cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer discount coupons or a refund at our discretion.

The warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Repairs or replacements may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity.
If the same product is no longer available, we may offer a discount coupons, similar product in variety like change in colour or another product within the same price range or refund.
Refund amount may vary depending upon the product condition.
Shipping costs for warranty claims may be applicable, depending on the nature of the issue.
The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Avayasilvers.
