Delivery and Shipping

Q: Is delivery free for prepaid orders?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery on all Prepaid orders, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience.

Q: Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: For COD orders, a delivery fee of ₹80 is applicable. This charge helps cover the additional processing involved with COD services.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation or message once your order is fulfilled or dispatched.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link through email and message to monitor your delivery status.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No, at this time we are not offering any international shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 12 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customized or engraved pieces are non-refundable. For more details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or design?
A: Yes, exchanges are possible within 12 days of delivery. Simply use exchange option or contact us to initiate the process.

Orders Cancel and Payment

Q: Can I cancel my COD order?

Please note:

  • If its a COD order you can not cancel it from your end through cancel button.

  • COD orders can only be canceled anytime before delivery by contacting us via email or phone. Please utilise Contact Us page to contact us. Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.

  • If you no longer need the product after delivery, you can place a return request from your end through return and exchange button from your order section. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account if you select the "Bank Account" option during the return process.

Q: Can I cancel my prepaid order?
A: Yes, prepaid orders can be canceled anytime before shipment using cancel order button from your order section. If you are not satisfied with the product after delivery, you can initiate a return, and your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
